It is important to use SEPARATE boundary conditions for each 
species in the dielectric boundary force.

In other words, do NOT sum the induced charges and then 
use the boundary condition.

RATHER, compute each induced charge separately, and allow
the forces to add.

Otherwise, the induced charges cancel and they should not.

The forces produced by the induced charges should ADD not cancel.
