This directory contains two papers by Zeev Schuss, one with co-workers,
concerning Rate Theory, Recrossings and the so called Transmission Factor.

The files are given in LATEX, *.dvi, and *.ps (i.e. postscript) format and
so should be easily read by most readers.

The Pollak et al paper appeared in The Journal of Chemical Physics, 100:334 (1994)
